Return And Refund Policy
At PleayPets, we aim to provide a clear and fair return and refund process for all customers. This policy applies to all products, including the Pet Hair Pro, QuickDry Pet, and MistGroom Series.
1. Inspection Upon Delivery
Please check your order as soon as it is delivered. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at support@pleaypets.com with relevant details and photos. This allows us to review the issue and provide a suitable solution.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging and tags must be included
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Return Authorization Process
All returns must be approved before being sent back:
- Contact us at support@pleaypets.com to request a return
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address
- Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted
4. Return Shipping Responsibility
- If the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost
- If the return is due to personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees
- Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged items not caused by manufacturing defects
- Final sale or clearance items
- Customized or personalized products (if applicable)
6. EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Customers located in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt, provided the item remains unused and in original condition.
7. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing may take up to 10 business days
- Additional time (3–5 business days) may be required by your bank or payment provider
