All orders are reviewed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you.
2. Shipping Fees
We offer simple and transparent shipping rates:
- Standard Shipping: A flat fee of $5.99 applies to orders below $45.98.
- Free Shipping: Orders over $45.98 qualify for free standard shipping.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the destination:
- United States: 7–12 business days
- Canada / Europe / United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
- Other International Locations: 8–15 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may be affected by external factors such as carrier delays or customs processing.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
6. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will review the case and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us for assistance.
- Delivered but Not Received: If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please check with your local carrier or delivery location. PleayPets is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
